Small jobs are billed hourly from $45. Larger or more complex projects get a fixed quote so you know the total before we start.

What affects the rate?
Pricing goes up when the job involves heavy lifting, large-volume purging, detailed product design, or multiple rooms. We will always tell you where the rate lands before any work begins.
Travel
Local travel is free within 30 miles of Peoria. Beyond that, we add a simple per-mile charge quoted upfront.
